• Reseller / Extended License: Permits resale of the end service offering; the Product cannot be resold in source-code form.

• Source Code License (if offered): Includes access to source files. Additional restrictions may apply (see product page).

Delivery: Products are delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Delivery may be instantaneous for automated purchases or manual for some payment methods. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to maintain secure backups of purchased files.

License Restrictions

• Unless explicitly permitted, Buyers may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share Products or Source Code.

• Unauthorized distribution of source code will be treated as copyright infringement and may result in termination and legal action.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or obfuscating the product to remove licensing checks is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

4.1 Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site. Payment methods may include digital wallets, bank transfers, card processors, or manual payment methods. Buyers are responsible for any local taxes, fees, or charges.

4.2 Payment Verification

Some manual payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, Easypaisa, etc.) require Buyers to submit transaction IDs or proofs. A purchase will be considered complete only when payment is verified by the Site or its payment partner.

4.3 Refund Policy

Because Products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are limited. Refunds may be granted only under the following strict circumstances:

• The Product download link fails to deliver due to our error, and we cannot provide a working copy within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Response times are estimates and not guaranteed. For urgent production issues, Buyers should include reproduction steps, server logs, and environment information to accelerate resolution.

6. Delivery, Installation & Environment

Products are provided as downloadable archives (ZIP) or via private repository access. Buyers are responsible for hosting, domain configuration, and any third-party dependencies. We provide a README and basic installation steps; advanced server tuning, security hardening, and SSL configuration are the Buyer’s responsibility unless a paid service is purchased.

Compatibility: Products list minimum requirements (PHP version, MySQL, extensions, Node, Composer, etc.) on product pages. Installing the Product on non-supported stacks is at the Buyer’s risk.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Permitted Use: Buyers may use licensed Products to operate their own SMM panel service, demonstrate on a demo domain, or integrate into their service offering within the license limits.

Prohibited Use: Buyers must NOT use Products for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any social network’s Terms of Service on purpose (spam, fake engagements, automated policy breaches).

• Distributing unauthorized access to third-party platforms.

• Operating services that enable or encourage fraud, harassment, hate speech, or illegal sale of accounts or restricted content.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a Buyer uses a Product for illegal or abusive purposes, we may suspend access, revoke licenses, and report activity to appropriate parties.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All Products, artwork, sample data, and documentation remain our (or our suppliers’) intellectual property. A license grants certain usage rights to the Buyer — it does not transfer ownership of the Product or copyrighted assets unless explicitly stated.

Trademarks, logos, and brand assets included with a Product may come with additional restrictions. Buyers should not remove copyright notices, attributions, or license headers unless permitted by the license.

9. Security, Vulnerabilities & Responsible Disclosure

Buyers must follow secure deployment practices. We design Products to industry standards, but Buyers must secure their own servers and back up data. You must notify us promptly if you discover a security vulnerability. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before providing us time to patch.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that we have the right to license the Product to you and that the Product will substantially conform to the description on the product page at the time of delivery. Except as expressly stated, Products are provided “AS IS” without other warranties — express or implied — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We disclaim liability for losses due to misuse, third-party services, data loss, downtime, or actions of the Buyer’s customers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of or related to the Product or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product during the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Product, including but not limited to misuse of the Product, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

13. Suspension, Termination & Removal

We may suspend or terminate a Buyer’s access in case of: non-payment, fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or legal order. Upon termination, license rights terminate; we may remove access to downloads and revoke keys. Termination does not relieve a Buyer of outstanding payment obligations.

14. DMCA & Copyright

We may audit license usage where necessary to ensure compliance. If audits reveal unauthorized use, you must promptly remedy the breach and may be charged for additional license fees and penalties.

19. Export Controls

By downloading or using the Product, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to embargo or sanctions by the applicable governmental authorities and will comply with export laws.

20. Changes to Terms
